Had an excellent stay for wedding, and will be back. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of delicacies. Its location at a moderate distance from Church of st Peter was marvellous and stunning.
Even though I loved the place, some of the staff were exceptionally busy.

Wow, what an amazing experience! the view from our room was breathtaking, and the complimentary coffee and juice made our stay even more delightful. We loved how close the hotel was to all the attractions we wanted to visit, and the bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in - a key ingredient for a fantastic city break.
the tap in the bathroom basin was dripping and the loo seat was slightly wobbly.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, even baking vegan cookies and providing coconut milk in the fridge. the breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious, with generous portion sizes and a variety of options to choose from. the location was easy to access and offered plenty of car parking spaces.
The real ales and merlot on offer were not to my taste. I would have preferred a different local brew and a more quaffable red wine.

I was absolutely delighted to have stumbled across this place last minute. the room was comfortable with soft fluffy towels and a nice bath. the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. V welcoming staff. Excellent dinner, warm comfortable room. Good size bath which was lovely after a day of mountain biking in the forest. The room was spacious and clean. Nice fluffy towels. Friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely.
The bed and pillows were a little soft for our liking, but the room itself was lovely and spacious. During the night, there was a low-level noise in the room coming from outside, but not loud enough to be a major issue.

We attended a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. There were beautiful walking trails around the area and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the food at the hotel was top-notch with a great variety of options. the rooms were lovely, warm, and cosy with modern ensuite shower rooms. the free WiFi was a convenient bonus.
The shower cubicles in some rooms needed attention, with the silicon around the tray needing redoing.

The room was lovely decorated, and the added bonus of a coffee machine and fridge stocked with drinks and milk made it even better. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. Additionally, the location was excellent for visiting Puzzlewoods and the train attraction.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
